In January 2024 we started working on our new research project ServiceTechNavigator.
The ServiceTechNavigator application will support service technicians in navigating to the work site, finding their way around the plant premises and the permitted walking areas. The application is designed to navigate to the location of a system to be serviced at room level. The visual navigation can be enhanced by displaying location-specific information (access data, levels, instructions).
